We will thoroughly inspect your existing garage door’s electrical and mechanical systems to identify any potential system failures, warranty maintenance requirements, and damages that may have developed over time from normal wear and tear. Our number one concern is your safety, which is why we are proactively educating all of our customers about the new California Senate Bill No. 969 - that will require all new installation of automated garage doors openers to be equipped with backup batteries. This Bill, which passed in September 2018, will be enforced beginning June 2019.
